Wanted to now if its possible to change the MAC-Adress of the RT-AX88U from something like ee:yy:xx:uu:11:88 to hh:jj:22:66:88:cc ?

You can change the WAN mac address using the MAC clone feature. Not the LAN.

Using the clone feature you can still use only 0-9 and a-f (hexadecimal) characters though
