When i look in uiDivStats at the querylog section there are a total of 18 rules.
From this 18 rules 14 show a date of 5-5-2021, as this is in the future its preventing me from seeying the 18 latest querys.
Is there a way to manually delete those future entrys that are visible?

I have the exact same problem. In fact I have more than the first page 18 rows all show 2021-05-05. Not sure what happen but when the router boots up the default date is 05-05 before NTP is sync. Since the "future" date is just less than 2 months away, I just leave it as it is.
A workaround is delete everything under /opt/share/uiDivStats.d/ and let it rebuild new database. I did it once before and this will delete all entries and not specific entry.
Code:
admin@RT-AC86U-DBA8:/tmp/home/root# cd /opt/share/uiDivStats.d/
admin@RT-AC86U-DBA8:/tmp/mnt/amtm/entware/share/uiDivStats.d# ls
csv dnsqueries.db dnsqueriestotal.sql
