I've a problem with Merlin 378.56_2, my UPS is recognized but it seems that USB HID is missing, so I cannot manage my UPS.
I've already read following threads, but unfortunately my router has ARM chipset. I've even tried to run "insmod" with drivers taken from other firmwares, but I receive only errors.

I confirm that there is no usbhid.ko and hid.ko files in /lib folder and in its subfolders.
Please provide me with drivers for next release of Merlin or eventually provide me with proper drivers in order to let me test the drivers for current release.
Thanks.

Did you ever get this going? I'm in the same spot.

Considering that this post is almost 9 months old and has had over 500 views? Probably not.

I too am interested in this feature, using a Asus router with the latest Merlin 380 firmware. It would be VERY cool if one can just even view the UPS status (like Tomato does, if it wasn't clear I switched from Tomato to Merlin)
