Missing Features on RT-AX88U

Firmware: 386.52
I am trying to enable port forwarding and after turning it on it just shows this. I tried clicking on Add profile, but nothing.

Press F12 in your browser and look in the Console tab for errors. It doesn’t look like the page finished drawing. Also make sure the router URL is whitelisted in any browser ad-blockers.

I used Microsoft Edge and everything is loading fully now. I tried disabling ad blockers from chrome and nothing changed.
