So I called Actiontec this morning and the guy told me that I could logon to the web interface of an ECB6000 and change a few settings to bridge two adapters and not have them connect with a FIOS router. So, I purchased 2 ECB6000 adapters and I'm now being told by Actiontec that this type of connection is not possible.

I have a router assigned a static IP address and then plugged into a FIOS modem/router. I would like to bridge an ethernet port on my own router using the 2 ECB6000 adapters. Is this possible?

... Derp.

Setting Gateways under ECB6000 device settings did the trick. Doesn't make sense to me.
