Modem E3272 Hilink LTE 4G problem

I have got strange problem. When I use modem E3272 Hilink with no usb hdd plugged into USB3.0 port all works fine and I have got stable LTE 4G connection.
However, when I plug on hdd drive usb3.0 my modem works only with max HSPA+ no LTE...
