Hi there,
I have a MOFI 4500 modem/router with a Verizon SIM in it. I have a Windows 10 laptop connected with a network cable.
I'm experiencing a weird problem where seemingly randomly, webpages will not load completely, some won't load at all, some will take a long time to load. Also speed tests using the Speedtest.net app will fail and my Dropbox for Windows app will stop syncing. All the while, pings to google.com are consistent and low. Without changing anything, this problem will go away and websites will load perfectly, Dropbox will connect, etc.
I have connected different devices (Windows 7 and 10 desktops, Android phones) to the router both by wire and wirelessly, with the same behavior.
I have tried adjusting the MTU on the built-in LTE modem.
Any suggestions on where I can look or how to troubleshoot this further?
