My wife's desktop PC came up with a disk error last night. It is now refusing to boot Win XP. It pulls up the Win XP logo screen and that's it. The drives are mirrored so I'm fearful that it's a virus not an actual disk problem since it seems a disk problem would be only one disk and it should still boot off of the mirrored drive??
Can I mount one or both of her drives in empty bays in my 1513+ to at least retrieve what she was working on last night when it crashed? I'm guessing these are FAT32 (it's been a few years since I touched this machine) though could be NTFS.
Any other recommendations?
Thanks
