Your signature gives the router model number but you didn’t say which firmware version you are running. Or how long you have been on this firmware.

Was it all working, and then, out of the blue, without you so much as looking at the router, the problem occurred? Any history and even things you might not think relevant, may well help others to diagnose the problem.
