Hello everyone.
In general very pleased with my asus, however i have a pretty consistent issue which is not fixed with the various router updates.
We have an ipad 1 and 2 in the house. They will connect to the asus fine, and in general will limp along. It shows full signal but the spinning icon is in use far to much as it struggles to load webpages.
Up to a week ago i had an nt56u on the same lan behaving as a simple access point, and if we connected to this wireless it was perfect, that has been replaced with a draytek and again perfect.
Back on the 66u, youtub vids etc, simply don't work, there is clearly a compatibility issue just with our ipads, and at this stage have ran out if ideas.
Also on the network wirelessly, iphones, macbook air, dell laptop, scales etc etc all run perfectly on the asus.
I did a total clear and restore on the ipad to no avail.
Ay ideas? Should i try a customer firmwares? Although i guess i would loose functionality, i do like the concept of the aicloud, but am disappointed i cannot run my own cloud like tonido.
