Im looking to buy an affordable NAS solution for home use. Storing,sharing files,streaming and perhaps a some use of Personal Cloud. Looking at two bay and plan to use raid 1. Probably end up with something from Synology or Qnap. At the time i have most focus on the Synology 216 variations. My main question to the forum is streaming movies IPad. Any difference between Synology or Qnap in that area, or any model more suted for this ? It is an important part, because I want this to be effortless for my wife. Streaming on the wifi , using this remotly wil probably not happen.
Guess it boils down to , any model or manufacturers better for streaming to iPad ?
