10m, two walls. I'd get some flat cat5 cable, put under carpet and/or behind floor mouldings, small hole in the drywall.
Then you have wire speeds. No fighting with WiFi or homeplug or any media bridges.

heck, even 100BT wire speed is better than MoCA or Homeplug. And it won't be flaky, unless the dog chews on the cable.
Are you suggesting 20ft because cat5-flat is higher capacitance than standard?
I suppose you could buy cat5 couplers (female-to-female) and use flat only where essential.

First I'd try for MoCA. If you have coax anywhere near the two points. Lower risk.
Then I'd try faster IP on home wiring - read a lot, here, Newegg, etc. for user experiences. Then buy from a source that WILL accept returns without great penalty if it can't or won't work or work well. This is NOT a simple plug-and-go- you have to carefully plan what is sharing the same AC outlet that might attenuate. In the US, you have to pay attention to the two-phase wiring and if the two devices are on separate phases, and if 220V appliances are on or off when you make tests, etc. It can work, but usually with planning and accommodations.
