Netgear WNDR3700 and WNR3500L Wireless bridge

I recently purchased a WNDR3700 (stock firmware) and am looking at getting a WNR3500L to setup a wireless-n bridge between the two. I currently have a wireless-g bridge between the WNDR3700 and a Linksys WRT54G running DD-WRT.

I was looking at using WDS to set this up but am not certain if the two devices support WDS using WPA/WPA2? If not stock, will this work if I flash both devices using DD-WRT?
