Yep, I sure do have problems with 3.0.0.4.386_43129-g60defb2 on GT-AX11000. See here -

Anyone else having issues when trying to use an internal DNS forwarder? Also, how do I find what the previous release was? I've never downgraded firmware on an Asus router, but this issue is untenable.

Thanks!

I have not loaded the new firmware as my son said he was having problems. You can go to the Asus website, look up your model, and the firmware will show past and current firmware.

Are you using a Pi-hole?

You mean the DHCP server on Asus? I programed it like I found online.
No. I was referring to an internal DNS server called Pi-Hole which is usually a Raspberry Pi with the Pi-Hole software added to block adds and other sites. Some Asus users set the Pi-Hole IP address in the WAN/DNS Server 1 and 2. This is not the place as the router needs upstream resolvers here to set its time when booting.
The Pi-Hole IP address goes in LAN/DHCP Server/DNS Server. Or you can Manually assign IP addresses with a specific DNS server.
