New firmware isn't taking on RT-AC68U?

Current firmware version: Merlin 376.49_5.

When I try to flash to 380.69, it does the upload and waits 3 minutes before returning to the UI, and the firmware version on the router remains 376.49_5, even after a reboot.

Thanks, that did the trick. I guess I need to reset to factory defaults after this, with the changelog notes for 378.50?
