I keep getting this message in my logs.. should i be concerned?

Can I just use another old 86u firmware to fix this or do i 100% have to do this method…
 
See what’s in there:

conntrack -L expect
conntrack -E expect
Watch a while (until another syslog message appears), then Ctrl-C to stop the output if any. Might lead to more useful insight than just making the table larger (you may end up doing that anyway, but be sure it’s for a good reason).

Where do I do ctrl c - any videos or anything on how to make it bigger?
 
there is i thread i posed on how to get a srcipt working ill see if i can pull the fix the guys gave
