Nighthawk X4S D7800 Firmware 1.0.1.16 QOS database

I've just upgraded to the latest firmware, but I am unable to update the QOS database.
Each time I try to do so, it gives the following error;

Failed to download Detection Database. Please try again later.

The database itself is Version: v3.0607.cloud-g0 Release Date: June 07, 2016

If I return the firmware to 1.0.0.48, the update process works.

I had that when I updated my R7800 for a while, even with a a hard reset. It went away on its own, and sadly there is (at the last time I looked) no newer update, its well over 5 months since the last one, Netgear are useless at keeping on top of current streamboost updates.
