First three are for VPN technologies. The next three are various VoIP/video streaming protocols, which are usually needed if you host a server using one of these protocols. Last one is if you run a PPPoE client on a LAN device.
Just to amplify on this a little, as an example, if you worked at home where a Cisco VPN is supported for this purpose on the servers at work, you would need IPSec passthrough enabled so that you could use the VPN at work. I mention this since Cisco VPN's are quite common for medium to large companies IT departments to support.
