Not able to update RT-AC87U from 380.68_4 to newest FW

i am not able to update to the new firmware... i try and it reboots but it didn't stick.... i am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. if possible i would like some help... i can get logs if needed (i dont know how to get them right now... but i can look into it)
 
If you have USB devices plugged in, unplug router from power supply, unplug USB device(s) and power router back on.
Then try again.
