Hello to all. I am considering switching over to NOWTV fibre broadband. I just wondered if anyone here has used a RT RT-AC86U with Merlin firmware and a BT Openreach Fibre Modem with NOWTV fibre broadband.
The NOWTV fibre, I understand uses the Sky network. I read that the Sky network uses non standard connection, Sky's MER/Option 61. I am hoping that my BT Modem and RT RT-AC86U with Merlin firmware will be able to connect with no problems. Failing I have read that I may have to use Wireshark to get the username etc. Thanks in advance for any replies.
