New Around Here
well, I am currently running a wrt610n, and its starting to get somewhat flaky.

it is time to upgrade. I was eagerly waiting for the N66U, which has been released to less than stellar reviews, and it got me thinking. why spend 200 on another router that might only last a couple years, when what I really need is something i wont have to replace for another 8-10 (hopefully)

now what i must have is

1.PPPoE connectivity (WAN)
2 simultaneous dual bands 2.4/5ghz, with independent settings, so i can prevent some mac addresses from acessing the 5ghz network
3. gigabit ethernet
4.parental controls based on keywords, ports, and websites, that can be applied to specific mac address
5.DDNS compatability

and I would LIKE 3 stream, although I am guessing there are not many routers above the highend consumer routers (E4200 ect) that have it.

i seem to remember reading about a modular router, but i cannot seem to find the name of it anymore. I was also reading about the Draytek Vigor, but i cannot seem to find a dual band solution from them.

I just want to be prepared for the future, and not have any reliability issues at all.

help me find what im looking for guys!
