OpenVPN client: geolocation

Hi,
I'm running 380.59 on a RT-AC68U.

I'm using OpenVPN client to connect to a VPN server in germany.
If I start a video on my Samsung TV using the "Amazon Instant Video" app, I get a popup that the video cannot be started due to geolocation restrictions.
I afraid that amazon is using google's geolocation api. Because if I check my last activities in my google account, I'm supposedly located in the United States.
I was already checking the IP I got from my VPN provider on different webpages and it is definitely an IP from germany.
Then I was trying to change some parameters in the OpenVPN client configuration:
- set "Accept DNS" from exclusive to disabled
- set "Redirect Internet Traffic" from "all traffic" to "none"
but did not help either.
The only setting which is working is to use policy based routing and exclude my TV from using VPN. But that's not my intention because after I checked the webusage of the TV I was shocked how many websites my TV is accessing right after I turned on the TV.

In the past I had problems with Amazon blocking certain streams based on my location. What they were checking in addition to my IP was the billing address on the credit card I used for services. I had to change the credit card on my account to match the location of the IP obtained when using my VPN.
