I noticed that with the new openvpn 2.3.9 and windows 10, when you connect to PIA VPN provider or perhaps any VPN provider and you do a DNS leak test, the DNS is not that of The VPN provider
Quick fix,
This forces windows to use the DNS of VPN provider as it should be.
Open the *.ovpn file provided by your VPN service with Notepad ++ and add the following entry at the end of the script and save.
block-outside-dns
this fix is for 2.3.9 or higher.
