OpenVPN no Internet access on router IP

Hello, newbie here. I am using john LTS fork. I have setup OpenVPN client, everything is working as intended, except I cannot access Internet from the router IP (192.168.1.1) with Accept DNS Configuration on Exclusive. If I disable accept DNS configuration, I can ping from the router.
