OpenVPN Prompting for Username and Password

Tunnelblick 3.8.5a (bulid 5671)
macOS 11.2.3

Happening with OpenVPN.net client and Viscosity on various Windows 10 computers as well.

Firmware updated from 386.2_0 a few days ago. Router rebooted as night and no issues until this morning.

OpenVPN passwords have all changed and are now extremely long.

Unable to delete any accounts or change their passwords.

Defaulted OpenVPN settings, rebooted and setup OpenVPN server again. Working now but worried why the issue occurred. If anyone has seen this issue and knows of an easier solution, please post. Thank you.
