openvpn server unifi Express 7

Hello,

I have a Unifi Express 7 as my router. I set it up using the iOS app. I am trying to set up my openvpn server on it for remote access to my LAN.

I navigate to the VPN setup, and no matter what I do it demand I enable RADIUS server.

Therd are RADIUS settings in the manual setup as part of the VPN but no option to enable. Trying to make any manual changes in there gives the same error.

I have loosely followed this guide but the settings are not all the same.

Previously I had no issues running an openvpn server on a TP-Link and ASUS router.

Yes, it's a bit different than home routers. Enable the RADIUS server, create Local Credentials for your users, use in VPN Server after. It actually works exactly the way it says in Help (the "i" next to the menu options).

The video you are watching was created 2+ years ago. A lot of updates and changes in Network application since then up to completely different ways of doing things, available options and WebUI look in general.

Ahhh I have just discovered where the enabling for RADIUS is on the App. Sigh!

Also - not all of the WebUI options are available in the App.
