Hi,
I have router based on OPNsense, connect with PPPOE,
Yesterday I understand that FreeBSD don't support PPPOE multithread (multicores), and I made some test and saw that only 1 core "work" when I downloads something from the internet.
Now my connection currently is only 1GBit down/100MB up, but what will happen when I do more then that? the single core can't handle it.
According to ChatGPT, he offer me to put in the middle ONT/router that handle the PPPOE connection, give OPNsense static IP and OPNsense will handle the DHCP like today.
So what my options to solve it?
Regards.
