Other features besides custom fw? R7800

So I recently got a r7800 and managed to install Voxel's custom fw.

What other features can I install on my router to really fully take advantage of this piece of equipment?

I plan on running a Plex/home theater server in a couple months. I currently game a lot on PC and consoles and download a lot of media. I have Spectrum as my ISP.

Some features I would like to have:
•Ad blocking navitely from the router instead of having to install browser add ons.
•Hide my activity from my ISP (torrenting/etc)
•Privacy features

I'm a complete noob when it comes to network stuff. I'm kind of tech savvy, but this is probably my least knowledgeable field. I can plug in Ethernet cables and mess with a couple settings on the router, but nothing more.

Voxel offers DNScrypt and stubby, it's built in. Enabled thru telnet console.
