I just found this list. The "device" column gives the router make/model. The "OpenSSL" column gives the version number.
OpenSSL 1.0.1 through 1.0.1f (inclusive) have the heartbleed bug.
The following OpenSSL versions do *not* have the heartbleed bug:
0.9.8 branch, 1.0.0 branch, 1.0.1g
Yikes!!!!!!!!! Looks like lots of home routers are affected.
There is basically zero info online warning a typical home user that the front door is open to data going through their router.
