performance issue on AX88U

I have been using my RT-AX88U with Merlin FW for more than 4-5 years now. Of course within these years there have been many config changes.
My ISP was providing internet speed up to 200Mbps and I was able to receive 190Mbps with wired and wireless clients.
Now the ISP is providing up to 1000Mbps speed and I can see on spdMerlin (speedtest) that I can get 450-500Mbps from my ISP. (Also "internet speed" page on Adaptive QoS measures 450Mbps.)
However, wired and wireless clients can not go above 320-350Mbps.
I guess there is a feature/config blocking speed , or some app/feature that uses high CPU and the overall performance of the router is degraded.

What should I check ?

Thanks.

As a troubleshooting step, disable any QoS you have enabled on the router (or addon scripts) then re-test from a wired gigabit capable client directly connected to the router (avoid using extenders, AiMesh nodes, AP nodes, or the like between router and wired computer).

Edit to add: Also as a troubleshooting step, disable any AiProtection and withdraw from it on the Administration Privacy/Policy page.
Also include what specific firmware the router is running and any addon scripts in addition to spdMerlin you have enabled/installed.

ok. I found it.
it is the HW acceleration, disabled.

I set it back with:
nvram unset fc_disable_force
nvram unset runner_disable_force
nvram commit
service reboot

now I can get 500Mbps
