Plex port bypass Open VPN

Has anyone had any success routing Plex port 32400 to WAN but all other traffic from the same device to Open VPN ? I have read through a couple of threads related to this but the results were not clear. If you have done this, please point me in the right direction. Thank you.

This is on an Asus AC88u running Merlin's .66 firmware.
