Policy based routing

I noticed that Policy based routing seems to be a general feature of the Asuswrt-Merlin firmwares.

Does it mean that all Asuswrt-Merlin capable routers now have the ability to act like VPN Fusion capable devices ? I quickly read about the Policy based routing feature and it looks like VPN Fusion but better.

Am I missing something ?

AFAIK, all routers supporting Merlin come w/ PBR (policy based routing) support via the VPN Director feature.
