Port 80 seems to be blocked

I'm having great difficulty setting up a Web server behind my rt-ax92u running 3004.388.7_1_gnuton1 firmware. Port forwarding doesn't seem to work. Telnet agrees.

What is your ISP situation? This won't work behind CGNAT for example.

Do you have port 80 open for remote access?

Some ISPs block well-known ports, esp 80 and 443. They assume you're conducting business and will require you to open a business account.
