Port Forwarding Issue Asus AC5300

I have port forwarding setup for plex on my NAS, xbox one game streaming and other ports for my computer for games. Everything was working just fine up until a few weeks ago and now only the plex ports work but all other ports are being blocked. I have not made any changes to anything or updated anything since December so it makes no sense for why things just stopped working when everything was fine for over a year. If I take my comcast modem out of bridge mode and setup the AC5300 into access point I can setup port forwarding on comcast and it works. At this point I'm stumped because only the ports for plex work and nothing else does.

Here are the things that I have done that haven't fixed the issue.
1. Verified I don't have double NAT
2. Verified comcast modem is in bridge mode
3. Verified WAN IP
4. Verified static IP addresses on xbox and computer
5. Verified IP reservations on router
6. Factory reset router and manually set settings.
7. Replaced router, flashed latest Merlin Firmware and uploaded settings
8. Downgraded Merlin firmware
9. Installed factory firmware, factory reset and manually configured settings
10. Disabled accelerated NAT
11. Disabled UDP
12. Replaced comcast modem and verified new public IP address
13. Verified there is no VPN setup
14. Verified NAS didn't have DHCP running
15. Verified no other switches or routers on network
16. Disabled firewall on AC5300
