Port forwarding not working only on 8181

I have setup my Asus AX88U Router running Merlin v384.17 with port forwarding rule for the following IP and port.

192.168.1.200:8181

However, I get connection timed out. The IP and port shown only work from PC running the Tautulli service I'm attempting to access. Additionally, when I attempt to test the port from internet using my WAN address it says port closed. I can access other programs with respective ports using the same syntax with no issue. What could be the issue with port 8181?

might be worth checking first that your ISP isn't blocking the port.

I assume your WAN has a *public* IP? I'm asking because I have seen ppl w/ ISPs that assign them an IP address in the *private* IP space (to save precious public IPs), which makes port forwarding impossible.

Thanks everyone for replying. It turned out to be Windows Firewall. Specifically there where multiple Inbound rules for python and wpython. By multiple rules I mean entries to allow and to block for each. Very strange because I didn't add conflicting entries.
