Port Forwarding + PIA VPN

Hi all.

I have a Raspberry Pi running on VPN 24/7 and I currently running Transmission for Torrents. I trying to open the 51413 port but I can't seem to be able to get it to work.

I'm currently using PIA for VPN. I would I go to forward the ports to the clients behind the VPN?
