PPTP doesnt seem to work on 476.49.4 for me
anone else getting problems?

im only using MPPE-128 and have been ever since i started using pptp

have just tried MPPE-40 anyway

I have the exact same problem when I use my android phone to connect to my vpn. The same error messages appear and nothing works. I have to disconnect and reconnect my vpn on my phone to get the connection back. I thought I was the only one getting these messages.

I have pptp vpn set up with default settings, the only thing I have added is the username and password.

The problem is either your client or your configuration, as it's working fine for me.

i have ruled out my config by erasing the nvram
and the client is my Galaxy S3 LTE it has always worked fine

have you tried it on mips devices
maybe its only broken on mips

my S3 LTE was recently updated from Android 4.3 to android 4.4.4 (Samsung official)

it seems pptp is broken on it

I just dialed in with a pc and its fine
didnt think for a second to check the phone tbh

Found the problem im using a custom kernel called AGNi
if i roll back to the samsung stock kernel it works fine

There you go.

Most likely reason would be that they didn't enable MPPE support in their kernel.
