Hello, i have a problem with the AX-11000, cant use 160mhz in to the 5ghz-2 and even dont let me change mhz or change the channels, all time when i clic in apply dont do nothing.

Have you tried with a different web browser?
yeap, with firefox and even in a macbook with safari and happen the same.

Clear browsers cache, reload the page with Ctrl + F5? Does changing settings work for 5-1 band?

Same means? You have similar change/save setting issues across GUI and not 5-2 settings only? Restart httpd in ssh?

yes, dont save the config, and just happen in 5ghz-2. All the rest 2.4ghz and 5ghz work perfect and can change the settings. how restard httpd in ssh?, thx for the help.

In this case you better report your findings here. You are running unsupported Alpha firmware on your GT-AX11000. It's for testing purposes only.

I know but i unpdate to 388.2 alpha to try fix this, cuz i was before in to 388.1 merlin and even asus 388 (asus) but same. thx for the help and i read or post in to correct posting.

If standard troubleshooting doesn't help - look for clues in other GT-AX11000 users posts. At least you'll know if it's a known issue or something local with your router or setup. I would also try http access instead of https (if used) and look for web page errors in browser. I don't use Firefox, but Chrome has developer tools with page code. Good luck.

Someone else complained about the same thing recently. Not sure if it is a bug or if you just can't run 160 on both bands (hard enough getting a single 160 channel, much less two of them). What happens if you change 5Ghz-1 to 80 - does 5Ghz-2 let you change stuff? Have you tried stock firmware?

They only allow 5Ghz-1 to have access to the 160Ghz on the GT-AX11000.

5Ghz-2 radio channels and mhz cannot be changed if your using AImesh as the backhaul is set to 5Ghz-2 and locked by AIMesh.

Hi, sorry but work before many time, and my set its AX11000 main, the aimesh its ax82u. The 5ghz was in 36-160mhz and the 5ghz-2 was in 104-160mhz. Even i check it in radar and app for see if work at 4804mbps and work perfect. All the problems comming when update to 388.1 and even if i do downgrade tro 386 can work again in to the 160 for 5ghz-2.
I not use the smart connect dont like it. And use a cable to the ax82u from ax11000. I dont know what more can do or if a bug from the 388.1.
Even if i use the openvpn stop to work ppoe and start to show pado packets and this happen at any time, can be past 22 hours or 4, etc.

You may have to revert to what was known working firmware and wait for a fix. There is nothing much to be done at this point.
Yeah i know, right now i disable the 5ghz-2 and work at 160mhz ax11000 and ax82u in aimesh and its ok i think. just hope soon resolve this problems, the more important i think its fix the openvpn cuz drop the internet connection if i enable the openvpn. thx to everyone for the help.

I wouldn't use 160MHz wide channels at all. Non-DFS and 80MHz wide channels for more stability.

As far as I’m aware I’ve never been able to use 5Ghz-2 on 160Mhz I have a GT-AX11000.

I might mess around with my wifi and see but pretty sure one of my frustrations was only being able to use 160Mhz on 5Ghz-1 only.

Either way I’m on 388.1 and it doesn’t seem to be an option when using AImesh.

Only really need to be worried about DFS if you live near an airport or military base. Otherwise it will clear DFS channels and they will be stable as any other channel.
