Problem with Download Master in current versions

Hi.

I am using the router RT-AC87U
I have already reset it from the factory several times.
I configure it manually. I do not use a saved configuration file.

I have verified that in the version 380.69_2 of Asuswrt-Merlin, the Download Master works correctly.

But in current versions such as version 384.11, the Download Master gives errors when you try to use it.

Could you check what I say and try to solve the problem?

Welcome to the forums!

What router are you using? Did you do a full reset to factory defaults followed by a minimal and manual configuration (do not use a saved config file) to secure the router and connect to your ISP?

The order the reset is done is important. See the M&M Config link in my signature below and compare your steps with my suggestions.

The errors you get would also be helpful to post too.

I also encourage you to search on the forum here for posts with similar issues using download master.
