Promise NS2600 NAS

Hello,
I Have the Promise NS2600 NAS and tried to upgrade to the latest firmware,
After a while I got this message "internal server error"

Now the NAS is booting into safe mode and asks to load a firmware file,
No matter which version I am trying to load, I got an error "invalid upgrade file"

Does anyone how to recover the NAS using safe mode?
