Put all LAN ports on VLAN 502 on RT-AC68U?

Atlantica

New Around Here
For an Asus RT-AC68U (note "C", not "X") running Merlin 386.14_2 in AIMesh (or Access Point mode), connected to an Asus RT-86U PRO as main router:

Which of the scripts I see work with 386.14_2 to put ALL of the LAN ports on VLAN 502?

(Would the script survive re-starts if this was run on Asus stock firmware?)

Thank you!

A forum search for "vlan tutorial" turns up the following that may be relevent to your question:

You may also want to see the other discussions on using non 3006.x firmware AiMesh nodes with routers that support 3006.201.x in case they hold additional information on trying to extend VLAN features to AiMesh nodes that may not support that feature.

Hi bennor,

Thank you! :)

I've spent hours reading in the forums, including that thread. However, what he/she does in the tutorial is show that native VLAN is on the LAN ports (untagged), as well as the guest VLANs 501/501 (tagged).

What I am trying to achieve is to have ONLY VLAN 502 on the LAN ports (without native VLAN), so that devices connected to the LAN ports are isolated from the main VLAN.

I found this thread, but it is 11 years (!) old, so I hoped there would be a newer one! :D
