QoS-Bandwidth Monitor Scaling?

Hey guys is it possible for the bandwidth monitor to like scale to a predetermined maximum. Like if you have 10mbs down / 2mbs up can you have it somehow scale to 10mbs as the max? It looks like it defaults to around 100mbs currently.

Maybe some sort of script or something even to modify it?
