QoS setup

I was just seeing if I could tweak my QoS settings, so, I decided to do a speedtest as the gui recommends, in order to set my max. upload and download settings. I noticed in my logs after the test, the following:

Sep 10 11:52:42 kernel: HTB: quantum of class 10002 is big. Consider r2q change.
Sep 10 11:52:42 kernel: HTB: quantum of class 10060 is big. Consider r2q change.
Sep 10 11:52:42 kernel: HTB: quantum of class 20010 is big. Consider r2q change.
Sep 10 11:52:42 kernel: HTB: quantum of class 20040 is big. Consider r2q change.

Can anyone with knowledge interpret this for me and should I change the setting listed ? (and to what)

Ignore these, they are just notification aimed at kernel developers.
