Question on companies making routers.

I've noticed some companies that one doesn't normally hear a lot about like Microtic (spelling) and several others make routers, M boards, box's and other associated things. But I never hear much about them being reviewed relative to the major makers like Asus, Netgear, etc,. Do these companies make really great products/routers are what?

They tend to be more focused outside of the core consumer/home router business - so you'll find them in the review section, and the product cycles tend to be much longer, which is preferred by business..
