Question on DNS Settings

Hello, Im curious about some of the DNS settings on my RT-AX88U. I've enable DoT to use CleanBrowsing's Security dns servers. I've got DNS filtering enabled in LAN settings and global filtering mode set to router.

1) What is the difference between DNS Server 1/2 and the servers listed in the DoT server list?
2) Any reason NOT to use the same IPs?

DNS Servers 1 and 2 are exactly that. These are used regardless if you're using DoT or not and are used until DoT and the rest of the processes are up and DoT is fully running from a reboot.

No reason that I know of to not use the same IP's.
