R6300 repeater bridge

I have an R6300-v1 router sitting around that I would like to extend my wifi network. All but one device is 802.11ac (macbook has 5-g but only N). Anyway, I had used DD-WRT before on my Linksys E4200 in repeater bridge mode and it worked perfectly.

However I want ac bridge mode thus the R6300. Is there a DD-WRT firmware for the V1 router? I know about the V2 but that won't work.

Open Router admin replied that http://myopenrouter.com/download/dd-wrt-r6300 should work fine for the v1.

Also recommended to read the readme.txt file included in the Zip before installing to be sure they are the features you require.
