R7000 parental contols Asus Merlin

First I want to say that Asus Merlin is fantastic on my Netgear R7000. One thing that I have been trying to figure out is parental controls. My guess is this was eliminated from the code base. Any other options to do parental controls via my router? I would like to manage youtube etc at the client level.

First I want to say that Asus Merlin is fantastic on my Netgear R7000.

Merlin doesn't produce or support firmware for the R7000 or any other non-Asus hardware. If you are running XVortex's version of his firmware you should direct all queries to XVortex.

Parental Controls have not been removed, they are just somewhat hidden. On the main screen, click on the computer icon on the client box, and it opens a list of the clients on the right side. Then click on a device, and a screen will open giving you the option of toggling time restrictions. That will then open parental controls.
