I run an r7800 to tp9020 power line to PC and PS4. both the PS4 and PC are connected by Ethernet to the tp9020. I am running Voxels firmware, both devices set for highest priority. total bandwidth around 90% of max.
if I do the DSL reports speestest on the PS4 (PC off), the bufferbloat is fairly low but still much higher than I was expecting (30ms but still A rating)
if I turn the PS4 off and run the test again on the PC, I get 300ms bufferbloat and an F.
what is happening and how can I fix this?
