R7800 - telnet - No such file or directory

My R7800 have original firmware v1.0.2.62. Telnet not work for some reason
opening browser(chrome) /type 192.168.1.1/debug - get message- No such file or directory
opening putty/ 192.168.1.1/ password / screen closed immediately
did restarting router couple times nothing change.

planning flash to Voxel firmware
- after flashing Voxel firmware router and telnet work correct?
- can flash firmware through browser(chrome) by wi-fi or laptop must be connected to router by cable
- kamoj addons flasing (wi-fi or through cable)

my internet is PPPoE + using cloning MAC address from old router
if any potential dangerous please let me know
