R8000P issues with Samsung S7 Link Speed at 433mbps

I recently got an R8000p and my Samsung s7 link speed will not go above 433mbps when other routers connect to it using 866mbps connection. I have turned off MI-MIMO as it seems to cause issues with this device, others have had success with this but i have not. Speed Tests coincide with this as im only getting around 250mbps up and down, i have gigabit fiber and i am reaching 950 up and down over LAN. Not sure what else to try.

Do you have smart connect enabled if it appears on this model router? Try with SC disabled
It supports the following rates:
-Band 1: 750 Mbps @2.4GHz - 1024QAM
-Band 2: 1625Mbps @5GHz - 1024QAM
-Band 3: 1625Mbps @5GHz - 1024QAM

Enable 160Mhz?
